Institute for Service Management (IDM)

A special focus of the institute’s research approach is on the tourism industry as an important source of impulses for the understanding of services. This includes companies in the hotel and hospitality industry. Since this sector is characterised by small and medium-sized enterprises, the majority of the institute's projects take place in this context. Nevertheless, small and large enterprises also benefit from our scientifically sound findings.
