We are pleased that we can now offer the successful study programme "International Business & Leadership M.A." as a Fast Track. In three semesters including a practical phase, we prepare young professionals for future leadership positions.
The interdisciplinary Master's programme integrates social, intercultural and leadership skills so that graduates receive a sound, modern management education. Core topics of the Fast Track are: Strategic Marketing, Change Management and Global Strategies for Human Resources and Business Development. In the Fast Track, future students can improve all the skills required for management levels and deepen industry-specific knowledge in 1.5 years. Through the practical phase, they broaden their perspectives and further their professional experience. After graduation, the doors to international companies are open to you.
