Prof. Dr. Hartwig Bohne teaches at the renowned Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon.
In September 2022, our programme director, Prof. Dr. Hartwig Bohne, was at our partner university Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and taught the subject "Law and regulations" in the English Bachelor programme. He also took the 40 students on an excursion to the Boscolo Hotel & SPA Lyon and involved international experts from the field of hospitality real estate. "It is wonderful to see that here at our partner university, many young people on the international hotel management course have a desire for the hotel industry and are focusing on their ambitious career paths with a great deal of commitment and curiosity," Prof. Bohne was pleased to say. "The Institut Paul Bocuse offers excellent teaching, learning and research conditions and provides a really great environment for hotel studies. We are glad to be partners in these areas and strengthen European hotel management together."
