Students develop a new restaurant concept in the "Food & Beverage 2" module
Once again, we welcomed high ranking visitors to our campus. Helen Schoeps the Talent Manager Germany of Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Firass Abdo the Executive Assistant Manager F&B of Grand Hyatt Berlin, both came to Dresden to experience the presentations of the results from a joint practical project.
In the seminar "Food & Beverage Management II" of the English-language degree programme "International Hotel Management", the students designed a new concept for the restaurant "Tizian". In five groups, the students worked on the topics of competition analysis, design/brand, food concept, drinks and price calculation.
Prof. Dr. Bohne, head of the course, was delighted with the practical project: "Our thanks go to the Grand Hyatt Berlin for this great opportunity to be involved in a new restaurant concept".
